The soundproofing casing is equipped with highly efficient sound-absorbing grilles, that allow efficient lateral air intake from the pump. This design reduces pressure drop across the fans and consequently ensures optimal performance across all operating conditions. Available in four models, depending on the unit’s dimensions.
The casing consists of a robust self-supporting steel frame that makes it independent from the unit. Modular inspection-accessible panels are integrated to allow routine maintenance and ensure easy access. The acoustic silencers and aphonic grilles that make up SH Pod Advance HP are equipped with 20 mm thick lamellar baffles that minimise pressure drop (less than 10 Pa). The system guarantees an acoustic performance of up to 18 dB(A), optimising comfort without compromising the functionality of the unit.
Available models
Four configurations are available to suit different unit sizes:
- HP 1 – for units with a vertical or single horizontal fan
- HP 2 – for large vertical units with multiple fans
- HP 3 – for units equipped with centrifugal fans, also suitable for ducted installations
- HP 4 – for compact vertical units with large lateral air intake surfaces
