Features
The innovative, high-performance self-supporting acoustic barrier by Fonois is based on the exclusive Quiet Leaf™ technology.
This solution enables a significant reduction in footprint while maintaining minimal thickness, maximum versatility, and high acoustic performance.
The barriers feature a compact design that substantially reduces physical footprint compared to conventional systems. Their slim panel profile preserves insulation performance and allows flexible installation across a variety of settings.
This solution is therefore ideal for applications where effective sound insulation, logistical efficiency, and design adaptability must be seamlessly combined.
The barrier consists of modular panels with a galvanized steel frame. The outer side is clad in diamond-patterned sheet metal, ensuring maximum strength and durability. The inner core is anti-resonant and sound-insulating, enhancing performance at low frequencies. The side facing the noise source features a sound-absorbing mat protected by black nonwoven fabric (TNT), which leaves the absorbent surface fully exposed, ensuring maximum acoustic effectiveness
Quiet Leaf™ acoustic barriers can be customised to meet the aesthetic requirements of the installation and the surrounding architecture. They can be finished with natural sound-absorbing paint in any RAL colour or coated with textured films. Their design features no visible structural components, ensuring a clean and harmonious appearance. In most applications, they do not require heavy supporting frameworks or foundations.
Fields of application of the soundproofing barriers
The fields of application are numerous:
Attenuation of noise generated by outdoor equipment, in both single and multi-unit configurations.
Control of noise emissions from air handling units and refrigeration systems, in compliance with current noise pollution regulations.
Reduction of noise impact from machine tools, while preserving heat exchange efficiency and ensuring proper system operation.
