READY-TO-USE ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS
fonois
Acoustic enclosures
Fonois soundproofed enclosures are versatile, compact, and lightweight acoustic solutions for machinery noise control. They are composed of noise-isolating panels with varying characteristics and performance levels and incorporate two patented technologies. Designed to deliver effective sound insulation and absorption, they are suitable for containing even high-intensity noise sources in both indoor manufacturing settings and outdoor environments. Acoustic casings are available in four versions: compact and versatile, fire-retardant, high-performance, and industry-leading performance.

Features
Fonois soundproofed boxes are versatile, compact, and lightweight acoustic solutions for machinery noise control. Their advanced system enables quick and straightforward installation. A wide range of accessories can be integrated, including:
- Hinged or removable access panels,
- Air intake modules,
- Silenced ventilation systems,
- Transparent sections,
- Utility passthroughs,
- Cable and pipe routing options.
The acoustic enclosures are available in four versions, each designed for specific needs:
- Quiet Leaf™: a lightweight, compact model designed for easy disassembly and straightforward maintenance of facilities. It offers sound reduction levels between 25 and 30 dB(A).
- Wool & Loom™: designed for ATEX-rated environments and settings requiring high fire resistance, this model is equipped with fire-resistant panels and delivers sound insulation between 25 and 30 dB(A), while maintaining high standards of safety and user comfort.
- BM Performance: ideal for applications requiring high levels of noise reduction, it achieves sound attenuation of up to 40 dB(A).
- BM Performance elite™: the highest-performing model in the range, capable of delivering up to 47 dB(A) of sound attenuation with a thickness of just 60 mm.
Each enclosure features a robust load-bearing frame and modular panels that can be individually removed to facilitate maintenance operations. The panels incorporate a multilayer technological core, developed through an innovative design that reduces overall thickness by more than 50% compared to conventional solutions.
